Hummus Recipe | From my brother’s kitchen

Hummus – One of the extremely addictive dips from middle eastern cuisine, made with garbanzo beans, tahini sauce and other spices.

Here is another recipe from the kitchen of my dear brother. When it comes to cooking, he is one of the best in our family. I posted his vegetarian pad thai recipe last year. This time it is Hummus – one of the popular dips from the middle eastern cuisine. It is made by grinding cooked garbanzo beans with tahini sauce and other ingredients. Tahini sauce is nothing but white sesame seeds ground with other spices. The sesame seeds impart a nutty flavor to this dish. Hummus can be whipped up easily. This creamy and delicious dip is usually served with pita bread. This also goes well with vegetables. Uncountable variations and recipes are available for hummus. This is my brother’s take on this recipe. Here is the recipe of this extremely addictive dip !
