Strawberry Juice Recipe

Boost your immune system with this Vitamin C-rich and antioxidant loaded strawberry juice. This recipe calls for only four ingredients. The fresh, juicy and bright red berries lend a lovely colour and a piquant flavour to this drink. Enjoy a glass of this refreshing juice for this summer!

Strawberry Juice

Madame Tallien, a prominent woman in Emperor Napoleon’s court was famous for taking bath in fresh strawberry juice. She used 22 pounds of strawberries per basin.

Blend strawberries, lemon juice & sugar till smooth → Mix required water → Serve topped with ice cubes


• 6 Strawberries
• 2 cups Water
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
• Sugar as required
• Ice cubes(optional)

1. Wash the strawberries. Remove the stem and chop it.
2. Take the chopped strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a blender.

3. Blend till smooth.

4. Take this in a bowl and add water.
5. Mix well and serve topped with ice cubes.


  • Use ripe and juicy strawberries for a better taste.
  • Adjust the quantity of the lemon juice according to the taste of the strawberries.
  • You may strain the juice before serving. But I prefer drinking fruit juices without straining for obtaining maximum benefits.
  • Adding ice cubes might dilute the juice. So freeze a portion of this strawberry juice in an ice tray and use the juice cubes instead of ice cubes.
